Objective To explore the effect of add and subtract tonglin decoction on urinary catheter retention time and effect after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 60 patients receiving laparoscopic surgery were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random drawing method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional postoperative treatment,and the experimental group was treated with add and subtract tonglin decoction.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The first postoperative urination time of experimental group(36.24±8.41)min was shorter than that of control group(59.41±10.28)min(P＜0.05).The residual urine volume of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).The score of postoperative symptoms in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).All the patients showed no abnormality in blood,urine,stool and liver and kidney function before and after treatment.There were no symptoms of allergy or discomfort during the treatment.Conclusion Add and subtract jiajia tonglin decoction can improve the indentation of urinary duct after gynecological laparoscopic surgery,give full play to the role of tonifying kidney and qi,regulating qi and promoting blood circulation,and improve bladder function and promote rapid recovery after surgery,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
