The clinical efficacy and hormonal effects of femoston combined with kuntai capsules on perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and hormone levels of Femoston combined with Kuntai capsules in patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB)during perimenopause. Methods 76 DUB patients were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Femoston, while the observation group was treated with Femoston combined with Kuntai capsules.Compare the clinical efficacy and sex hormone levels before and after treatment between two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of 94.74%in the observation group was higher than 78.95%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the levels of estradiol(E2)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Femoston combined with Kuntai capsules in the treatment of DUB patients is definite, and it can regulate hormone levels, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
