Observation on the effects of the combination of drospirone ethinylestradiol and hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps on menstrual flow, endometrial thickness, and other factors
Objective To analyze the effects of the combination of drospirone ethinylestradiol and hysteroscopy on menstrual flow and endometrial thickness in patients with endometrial polyps. Methods 51 patients with endometrial polyps were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group(26 cases)and a control group(25 cases). The control group patients were treated with dexamethasone combined with hysteroscopy, while the experimental group was treated with drospirone ethinylestradiol combined with hysteroscopy.Compare the therapeutic effects of two groups. Results After treatment, the endometrium of the experimental group patients was thinner than that of the control group, with less menstrual flow and shorter menstrual days compared to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.15%,which was higher than 56.00%in the control group, and the recurrence rate was 7.69%,which was lower than 40.00%in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of drospirone ethinylestradiol combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the thickness of the endometrium and menstrual flow in patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
