Diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in early pregnancy with scar
Objective To analyze the value of transvaginal ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in diagnosis of scar pregnancy in early pregnancy. Methods 42 patients with suspected early pregnancy scar were selected and all of them underwent transvaginal ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound. The scar diagnosis, pathological results and diagnostic efficacy of different methods of transvaginal ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound were compared. Results The postoperative pathological results showed 31 patients with scar pregnancy and 11 patients with non-scar pregnancy.Transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis:scar pregnancy in 29 cases,non-scar pregnancy in 13 cases;Contrast-enhanced ultrasound diagnosis:scar pregnancy in 30 cases,non-scar pregnancy in 12 cases. The accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of CEUS were higher than those of transvaginal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of scar pregnancy in early pregnancy, the results of CEUS and transvaginal ultrasound are closer to the pathological results, and the ultrasound images obtained are clearer than those obtained by vaginal ultrasound, which can clearly observe the implantation position of pregnancy object and reflect its relationship with the myometrium.Compared with transvaginal ultrasound,CEUS has higher diagnosis accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of scar pregnancy. It is beneficial to the classification and diagnosis of diseases and has high application value.
