The role of six tests of vaginal secretions in classification diagnosis of vaginitis and cleanliness assessment of leucorrhea
Objective To investigate the application value of six tests of vaginal secretions in the classification diagnosis of vaginitis and the evaluation of cleanliness of leucorrhea. Methods 92 patients with vaginitis were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random sampling method,46 cases each. The control group underwent routine microscopic examination, and the study group underwent sextet examination of vaginal secretions. The classification diagnosis of vaginitis and cleanliness of leukorrhea were compared between the two groups. Results The detection rate of classification of vaginitis in the study group was 93.48%(43/46)higher than that in the control group 73.91%(34/46)(P<0.05).The cleanliness of leucorrhea in degrees Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ in the study group was 17.39%,30.43%,32.61%and 19.57%compared with 15.22%,28.26%,34.78%and 21.74%in the control group, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion In the evaluation of patients with vaginitis, the application of vaginal discharge six-part test can effectively improve the detection rate of vaginitis type diagnosis and reflect the cleanliness of leucorrhea, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
