Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on improving fasting blood glucose index in patients with endometrial cancer complicated with diabetes mellitus
Objective To explore the clinical value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with endometrial cancer complicated with diabetes.Methods 100 patients with endometrial cancer complicated with diabetes were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,self-management scores and blood glucose levels before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 100%higher than that of control group(88.00%)(P<0.05).The self-management score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of endometrial cancer complicated with diabetes mellitus,the application of comprehensive nursing intervention has a significant effect,which can improve the blood sugar control effect,improve patients'self-management ability and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
