To explore the effects of health education combined with psychological nursing on quality of life,anxiety and depression in patients with climacteric syndrome
Objective To explore the effects of health education combined with psychological nursing on quality of life,anxiety and depression in female patients with climacteric syndrome.Methods 100 patients with climacteric syndrome were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,observation group was treated with health education combined with psychological nursing intervention.The clinical effect before and after intervention was compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of night sweats,insomnia,forgetfulness and irritability in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of observation group(2.57±1.13)points after intervention was significantly lower than that of control group(5.21±2.04)points(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education combined with psychological nursing intervention for climacteric syndrome patients can help improve the negative emotions of anxiety and depression and improve the quality of life,which has clinical application value.
