The application effect of strengthening the thermal insulation nursing in the operating room in the patients undergoing radical cervicectomy
Objective To evaluate the effect of enhanced insulation nursing in operating room in patients undergoing radical cervicectomy. Methods 60 patients with cervical cancer were selected, all of whom were treated with radical cervicectomy. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given routine nursing, and patients in observation group were given enhanced thermal insulation nursing in operating room. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The anal temperature of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the indexes of epinephrine, norepinephrine and C-reactive protein were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The waking time, the first anal exhaust and the time of getting out of bed in the observation group were(14.03±2.57)min,(31.28±4.60)h and(42.90±3.55)h,respectively.It was shorter than that of control group(18.86±2.35)min,(38.44±3.75)h,(44.96±3.29)h(P<0.05),respectively.The incidence of intraoperative hypothermia and postoperative complications in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the thermal insulation nursing in the operating room during the operation of patients with radical cervical cancer resection has a significant effect on ensuring the temperature of patients and stabilizing their stress response indicators, and can promote the postoperative recovery speed of patients to a certain extent and ensure their clinical safety, which has clinical application value.
