Effect of cluster nursing on quality of life and safety of postoperative patients with gynecological malignant tumor
Objective To evaluate the effect of cluster nursing on the quality of life and safety of postoperative patients with gynecological malignant tumor.Methods 80 patients with malignant tumors were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received cluster nursing.The quality of life,occurrence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.00%in observation group and 22.50%in control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing for patients with gynecological malignant tumors can improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
