Clinical practice evaluation of multilevel combined nursing for pregnant women with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy based on mother and child safety
Objective To explore the effect of multi-level combined nursing based on maternal and infant safety in pregnant women with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy. Methods 100 pregnant women with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to simple random method, with 50 cases each. The control group took routine nursing, and the observation group took multi-level combined nursing based on maternal and child safety.Blood pressure level, complication rate and delivery mode were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 92.00%in observation group was higher than that of 76.00 in control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the safety of mother and child, multilevel combined nursing can significantly improve the blood pressure level of pregnant women with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy, reduce the incidence of complications, and increase the rate of vaginal delivery, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
