The clinical value of psychological nursing intervention in outpatient gynecological vaginitis nursing
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention in outpatient gynecological vaginitis nursing.Methods 84 patients with vaginitis were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and patients in the observation group received psychological nursing intervention based on the control group.The psychological state,vaginal detection index and quality of life score of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results Compared with the control group,the score of depression-anxiety-stress scale reduced(DASS-21)in the observation group was lower after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of vaginal pH and cleanliness in the observation group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The life quality score of the observation group after intervention was(83.17±7.97)points,and that of the control group was(75.23±6.44)points.The life quality score of the observation group after intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of psychological nursing intervention in outpatient gynecological vaginitis patients is good,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
