The effect of intensive psychological intervention on mental state and quality of life of patients with ovarian cancer
Objective To explore the effect of intensive psychological intervention in nursing care of patients with ovarian cancer.Methods 72 patients with ovarian cancer were selected and divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group according to random drawing method.Patients in control group received routine nursing,and patients in observation group received intensive psychological intervention on the basis of control group.The psychological state,self-care ability score and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results The anxiety scores and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The self-care ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The life quality score of the observation group was(68.34±8.15)points,which was higher than that of the control group(58.54±7.59)points(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of intensive psychological intervention in nursing care of ovarian cancer patients is good,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
