Observation on the effect of family accompaniment combined with music stimulation on water sac induced labor in primipara
Objective To observe the effect of family accompaniment combined with music encouragement on the delivery of primipara induced labor by water sac.Methods 40 primipara who underwent water sac induction were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 20 in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given family accompaniment combined with music encouragement on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The natural delivery rate of primipara in the observation group was 95.00％higher than that in the control group(70.00％),and the cesarean section rate was 5.00％lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The anxiety scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group before and after delivery(P＜0.05).The Apgar score＞7 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion For primipara with water sac induction of labor,the nursing method accompanied by family members and stimulated by music during labor can effectively shorten the labor time of primipara,relieve anxiety,improve the rate of natural childbirth,and make the newborn born healthy,which has clinical promotion value.
