Application of evidence-based nursing in painless abortion in gynecological outpatient department
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in painless induced abortion(abortion)in gynecological outpatient clinic.Methods 72 patients undergoing painless abortion were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.Patients in control group received routine nursing,and patients in observation group received evidence-based nursing on the basis of control group.The clinical indicators,psychological status and complications of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time and postoperative vaginal bleeding time in the observation group were shorter,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower after intervention(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 2.78%in the observation group and 19.44%in the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in painless abortion surgery is good,and it is worthy of clinical application.
