Observation on the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention applied to incomplete uterine clearance in medical abortion
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention applied to incomplete clearance of uterine abortion. Methods 100 patients with medical abortion who underwent incomplete uterine clearance were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention)according to random number table method, with 50 cases each. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had less vaginal bleeding and lower complication rate, and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores were lower in the observation group after nursing(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 98.00%higher than that in the control group(86.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention is remarkable for the patients with medical abortion who have not performed uterine clearing.
