Analysis of role conversion and breast-feeding rate of primipara promoted by mind-body integrated nursing
Objective To study the effect of mind-body integrated nursing on role conversion and breastfeeding rate of full-term parturient. Methods 320 full-term parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission time, with 160 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine hospitalization nursing, and the observation group was treated with mind-body integrated nursing based on the control group. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The role change score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total breast-feeding rate in the observation group was 70.00%higher than that in the control group(46.25%),and the total breast-feeding rate of 3.13%was lower than that in the control group(18.13%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The physical and mental integration nursing intervention can improve the breastfeeding rate and make the primipara adapt to the role of mother as soon as possible.
