Observation and comparison of the effect of standardized nursing combined with high-quality nursing in postoperative nursing of patients with uterine fibroids
Objective To evaluate the effect of standardized nursing combined with high-quality nursing in postoperative nursing of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 90 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in both groups received surgical treatment,control group received standardized nursing,observation group received standardized nursing combined with high-quality nursing.Postoperative pain,psychological stress reaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score of the observation group(1.93±0.32)points was lower than that of the control group(3.21±0.40)points(P＜0.05).After nursing,the yield and avoidance scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the face scores were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Standardized nursing combined with high-quality nursing can significantly improve the postoperative status of patients with uterine fibroids,reduce postoperative pain and psychological stress,and prevent complications,with significant application value.
