心理护理对附件炎患者心理状态、生活质量的影响观察

摘要
目的 观察心理护理对附件炎患者心理状态、生活质量的影响.方法 选取48例附件炎患者,依据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组24例.对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用心理护理.比较两组患者心理状态、生活质量及炎症复发情况.结果 护理前,两组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后,观察组患者HAMA、HAMD评分相比对照组更低(P＜0.05).护理前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后,观察组患者生活质量评分相比对照组更高(P＜0.05).观察组炎症复发率为8.33％(2/24),相比对照组的33.33％(8/24)更低(P＜0.05).结论 心理护理可有效缓解附件炎患者心理状态,提升生活质量,降低炎症复发率,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of psychological nursing on psychological state and quality of life of patients with adnexitis.Methods 48 patients with adnexitis were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 24 cases in each group.Patients in control group received routine nursing,and patients in observation group received psychological nursing.The mental state,quality of life and recurrence of inflammation were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of inflammation in observation group was 8.33％(2/24),which was lower than that in control group 33.33％(8/24)(P＜0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can effectively alleviate the psychological state of patients with adnexitis,improve the quality of life,reduce the recurrence rate of inflammation,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
