Clinical observation of combined drug treatment of endometriosis cyst after laparoscopic operation
Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopy combined with drugs in the treatment of endometriosis cyst. Methods 80 patients with ectopic endometrial cyst were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group by spouse method. The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery, and the experimental group was treated with postoperative drugs.Sex hormone levels, pregnancy rate within 2 years and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of luteinizing hormone, estrone and follicle stimulating hormone between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of luteinizing hormone, estrone and FSH in both groups were decreased, and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The 2-year pregnancy rate in the study group was 62.50%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(40.00%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with drug therapy can effectively improve the level of sex hormones in patients with endometrial cysts, increase the pregnancy rate, and the incidence of adverse reactions is relatively low.
