Effect analysis of hysteroscopic surgery combined with guizhi fuling decoction in the treatment of endometrial polyps with qi stagnation and blood stasis type
Objective To analyze the effect of hysteroscopic surgery combined with guizhi fuling decoction in the treatment of endometrial polyp(EP)with qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods 120 EP patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery combined with progesterone,and the study group was treated with laurel guizhi fuling decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The abnormal rate of menstruation and recurrence rate at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the endometrial thickness was thinner than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(1.67％)was significantly lower than that in the control group(11.67％),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery combined with guizhi fuling decoction for treating EP patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis can improve menstrual abnormalities and reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
