Study on the related factors affecting prognosis of patients with endometrial cancer after radiotherapy
Objective To investigate the related factors affecting the prognosis of patients with endometrial cancer after radiotherapy. Methods 87 cases of patients with endometrial cancer were selected and divided into poor prognosis group(25 cases)and good prognosis group(62 cases)according to their prognosis. Results All patients were followed up for 2 years. There were statistically significant differences in age, menopause status,KPS score,smoking/drinking,underlying diseases, hemoglobin level, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis between the poor prognosis group and the good prognosis group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors affecting the prognosis of postoperative radiotherapy for endometrial cancer were age ≥70 years old(OR=5.399),lymph node metastasis(OR=4.632),clinical stage Ⅲ toⅣ(OR=4.259)and hemoglobin<100.00 g/L(OR=3.995).Conclusion The factors affecting prognosis of patients with endometrial cancer after radiotherapy are complex, and targeted measures should be taken to improve prognosis.
