To explore the effect analysis of comprehensive nursing in the patients withfemale pelvic floor dysfunction through vaginal sacrospinous ligament suspension
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with female pelvic floor dysfunction(FPFD)undergoing sacrospinous ligament suspension through vagina. Methods 80 patients with FPFD who underwent transvaginal sacrospinous ligament suspension were divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The study group received comprehensive nursing during perioperative period, while the control group received routine nursing. The pelvic floor muscle tone index, the simple Impact questionnaire of pelvic floor disorder(PFIQ-7),the pelvic organ prolapse/urinary incontinence function questionnaire(PISQ-12)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results After treatment, the pelvic floor muscle tone index of the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment, and the score of PFIQ-7 and PISQ-12 in the study group was higher than that in the control group, while the score of PFIQ-7 and PISQ-12 were lower than that before treatment, and the score of the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100%higher than that of the control group(85.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention during perioperative period of transvaginal sacrospinous ligament suspension in FPFD patients has ideal effect on improving the pelvic floor muscle tension and function, and can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
