Effect of dingjing decoction combined with acupuncture on infertility caused by kidney deficiency and liver depression type polycystic ovary syndrome
Objective To analyze the effect of dingjing decoction combined with acupuncture on the treatment of kidney deficiency and liver depression type polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility.Methods 76 cases of infertility caused by kidney deficiency and liver depression polycystic ovary syndrome were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,38 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with dingjing decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The sex hormone level of the study group was better than that of the control group,the number of follicles was less than that of the control group,and the endometrial thickness and maximum follicle diameter were higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The ovulation rate of 89.47％and pregnancy rate of 55.26％in the study group were higher than 57.89％and 31.58％in the control group,respectively(P＜0.05).Conclusion Dingjing decoction combined with acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the clinical effect of infertility patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression type polycystic ovary syndrome,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
