Evaluation of the therapeutic effect of fluconazole combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets in the treatment of fungal vaginitis
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of fluconazole combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets in the treatment of fungal vaginitis.Methods 86 patients with fungal vaginitis were selected and divided into a control group and a study group based on different treatment methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with clotrimazole vaginal tablets,while the study group received treatment with fluconazole combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets.Compare the treatment efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,time of disappearance of disease symptoms,and inflammatory factor indicators between two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.67％,which was higher than that in the control group of 81.40％(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 11.63％,and there was no statistically significant difference compared to the study group of 9.30％(P＞0.05).The disappearance time of external genital itching,abnormal vaginal discharge,lower back and abdominal pain,frequent urination,and painful urination symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,tumor necrosis factor was detected in both groups of patients-α(TNF-α)、The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-4(IL-4),and interleukin-6(IL-6)decreased compared to before treatment,and the study group had lower levels compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of fluconazole combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets in the treatment of fungal vaginitis can improve the treatment effect,promote the disappearance of disease symptoms,and improve the inflammatory indicators of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
