Clinical effect of antibacterial drugs combined with medroxyprogesterone in the treatment of endometritis
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of antibacterial drugs combined with medroxyprogesterone in the treatment of endometritis. Methods 50 patients with endometritis were selected and divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group according to random number table method. The control group was treated with metronidazole, and the study group was treated with metronidazole combined with medroxyprogesterone. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of 92.0%in the study group was significantly higher than 68.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-α between 2 groups(P>0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in uterine artery pulsation index, resistance index and endometrial tissue matrix metalloproteinase level between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the uterine artery pulse index, resistance index and the level of matrix metalloproteinase in endometrial tissue of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Antibacterial drugs combined with medroxyprogesterone in the treatment of endometritis have a significant effect on the level of inflammatory factors and endometrial status of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
