Evaluation of the effect of modified Guizhi Fuling formula combined with traditional Chinese medicine for regulating menstruation and promoting pregnancy in the treatment of infertility caused by menstrual disorders
Objective To exploring the clinical effect of modified Guizhi Fuling Formula combined with traditional Chinese medicine for regulating menstruation and promoting pregnancy in the treatment of infertility caused by menstrual disorders(DUB).Methods 70 DUB patients were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group patients received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the study group patients received Guizhi Fuling Formula combined with traditional Chinese medicine for regulating menstruation and promoting pregnancy.Compare the treatment efficacy,follicle diameter,endometrial thickness,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.14％higher than that of the control group 77.14％(P＜0.05).Follicle diameter and endometrial thickness in the study group were thicker than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion For DUB patients,traditional Chinese medicine treatment is more effective than Western medicine treatment and has a certain degree of safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
