Clinical safety analysis of taohong siwu decoction in the treatment of dysmenorrhea of uterine adenomyosis
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of taohong siwu decoction on dysmenorrhea of uterine adenomyosis.Methods 80 patients with adenomyosis dysmenorrhea were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the order of admission,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with taohong siwu decoction.The clinical efficacy,quality of life and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.0%,and that of the control group was 60.0%.The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of both groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Taohong siwu decoction has definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with uterine adenomyosis dysmenorrhea,can effectively relieve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea,improve the quality of life of patients,and has high therapeutic safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
