Application of Acupoint Massage to Reduce Pain during Labor
Objective To explore the application value of acupoint massage in reducing pain during labor.Methods 40 cases of maternal childbirth,according to random number table method to group,control group 20 cases for conventional nursing;Observation group of 20 cases with using the method of point massage to reduce pain.The first,second,third statistics of two groups of maternal labor time,at the same time,the assessment team between maternal pain level and psychological state,analysis the application effect of point massage to reduce pain.Results The observation group had shorter first and second stages of labor compared to the control group(P＜0.05);The VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after nursing care(P＜0.05);The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after nursing care(P＜0.05).Conclusion During the delivery process of postpartum women,actively implementing acupoint massage to reduce pain can greatly shorten the delivery time,reduce the degree of pain,change the mentality of postpartum women,and provide strong conditions for smooth delivery.It can be vigorously promoted and applied as an ideal nursing method.
