Clinical efficacy observation of low-dose progesterone capsules in the treatment of anovulatory menstrual disorders
Objective To exploring the clinical efficacy of low-dose progesterone capsules in the treatment of anovulatory menstrual disorders. Methods 80 patients with anovulatory menstrual disorders and divide them into a control group and a treatment group using a random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group patients were treated with conventional dose progesterone capsules, while the treatment group patients were treated with low-dose progesterone capsules.Compare the clinical efficacy, endometrial thickness, menstrual volume, and menstrual duration between two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group patients was 95.00%,while the total effective rate of the control group patients was 77.50%.The total effective rate of the treatment group patients was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in endometrial thickness, menstrual volume, and menstrual duration between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After treatment, compared with the control group, the treatment group showed a significant reduction in endometrial thickness, reduced menstrual flow, and shortened menstrual duration, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of low-dose progesterone capsules in the treatment of anovulatory menstrual disorders has definite clinical efficacy, can significantly improve endometrial thickness, reduce menstrual flow, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
