Clinical effect analysis of individualized nutrition combined with exercise therapy on gestational diabetes mellitus
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of individualized nutrition combined with exercise therapy in patients with gestational diabetes. Methods 82 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, and the study group received individualized nutrition combined with exercise therapy based on the control group.Blood glucose level, body mass index, pregnancy weight gain and adverse maternal and infant outcomes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HBA1c in the study group after treatment were(5.54±0.42)mmol/L,(8.22±1.02)mmol/L and(5.90±0.37)%,respectively.It was lower than(6.63±0.51)mmol/L,(9.47±1.15)mmol/L and(6.83±0.45)%in control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the body mass index, weight gain in the first trimester, weight gain in the second trimester and weight gain in the third trimester were significantly lower in the study group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the incidence of macrosomia, hyperamniotic fluid, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia were significantly lower in the study group(P<0.05),while the incidence of pregnational hypertension syndrome(PIH)was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized nutrition combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of gestational diabetes can stably control the blood sugar level of patients and maintain the steady increase of the weight of patients during pregnancy, which is conducive to improving the outcome of mother and child, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
