Preventive analysis of misoprostol combined with oxytocin in postpartum hemorrhage
Objective To study the preventive effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 58 parturients with postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table, with 29 cases in each group.Women in the control group were treated with oxytocin, and women in the observation group were treated with misoprostol combined with oxytocin. The effect of postpartum treatment was compared between the two groups. Results The postpartum blood loss in the observation group was(113.39±33.16)ml,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(263.46±66.63)ml,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).24 h postpartum blood loss in the observation group was(231.13±31.13)ml,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(379.08±99.79)ml,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of misoprostol combined with oxytocin in postpartum hemorrhage has a good preventive effect, can significantly reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, worthy of clinical promotion.
