Effects of integrated management on hormone levels and quality of life in patients with climacteric syndrome
Objective To observe the effect of integrated management on hormone level and quality of life of patients with climacteric syndrome. Methods 60 patients with climacteric syndrome who received climacteric health care services were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group underwent routine management according to the common medical treatment, and the experimental group adopted integrated management.Kupperman score, serum luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The Kupperman score of experimental group(3.13±2.59)points was significantly lower than that of control group(5.73±3.35)points after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum LH and FSH levels in experimental groups were lower than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in E2 levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of integrated management is more obvious in the treatment of climacteric syndrome, which can improve the endocrine hormone level of patients and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
