Effect evaluation of standardized outpatient nursing management combined with wechat platform in outpatient gynecological nursing management
Objective To explore the value of standardized outpatient nursing management combined with wechat platform in outpatient gynecological nursing management.Methods 80 outpatient gynecological patients were selected and divided into routine group and standard group according to different outpatient nursing management modes,with 40 cases in each group.The routine group implemented the common outpatient nursing management,and the standard group implemented the nursing management mode combining standardized outpatient nursing management with wechat platform.The management effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of standard group were lower than those of pre-intervention and conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The disease knowledge awareness score(93.19±5.08)points and rehabilitation quality score(94.13±2.26)points in standard group were higher than those in conventional group(75.53±2.47)points and(79.32±3.06)points,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of standardized outpatient nursing management combined with wechat platform is more prominent in outpatient gynecological nursing management,which can significantly improve patients'bad emotions,enhance their awareness of disease knowledge,and speed up the rehabilitation process,which has high promotion value.
