Clinical study on promoting postoperative recovery of cesarean section parturients through rapid rehabilitation pathway
Objective To study the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation pathway on postoperative recovery of cesarean section women. Methods 60 cesarean section women and divide them into two groups using random drawing method, with 30 women in each group. The control group and the observation group were treated with routine nursing and rapid rehabilitation pathways, respectively.Compare the postoperative recovery time, pain level, newborn Apgar score, and maternal hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score between two groups. Results The observation group had shorter anal exhaust time, ambulation time, and incision healing time compared to the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores between the two groups of parturients 1 day before surgery; The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group 2 days after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Apgar score of newborns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the HAMD score of parturients(15.51±1.30)points was lower than that of the control group(23.60±1.51)points,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid recovery pathway can promote postoperative recovery of cesarean section women, shorten the time for getting out of bed and wound healing, improve adverse emotions in women, alleviate pain, and has clinical application value.
