The improvement effect of late pregnancy and birth dance on the degree of labor pain and self-efficacy of primipara
Objective To analyze the improvement effect of late pregnancy and birth dance on the degree of labor pain and self-efficacy of primipara. Methods 200 primiparas were selected and divided into control group(routine guidance intervention)and observation group(late pregnancy and birth dance intervention),100 in each group according to random number table method. The application effect of the two groups of primipara was compared. Results The rate of grade 0-1 labor pain in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in observation group was 2.00%lower than that in control group(9.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention, there was no significant difference in self-efficacy scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the self-efficacy scores of both groups were higher than before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Late pregnancy and birth dance can alleviate the pain level of primiparous women during childbirth, improve self-efficacy,and improve delivery outcomes, which has clinical promotion value.
