Clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in ICU patients with PIH complicated with diabetes
Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome(PIH)and diabetes mellitus in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods 100 patients with PIH complicated with diabetes were selected and divided into control group(ICU nursing intervention,50 cases)and observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention,50 cases)according to random drawing method. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in diastolic and systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group after nursing were(80.60±4.35)mmHg and(112.37±4.86)mmHg,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(88.27±4.81)mmHg and(124.60±5.73)mmHg(P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose level and 2 h postprandial blood glucose level between 2 groups(P>0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The scores of medication standard, diet standard, exercise standard and disease cognition nursing compliance in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of PIH patients with diabetes can reduce blood pressure and blood sugar levels, reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes, and improve the nursing compliance of patients, which has clinical popularization value.
