Application effect analysis of whole course high-quality nursing in patients with chronic endometritis
Objective To analyze the application effect of whole course high-quality nursing in patients with chronic endometritis.Methods 80 patients with chronic endometritis were selected and divided into observation group and control group by computer random selection method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in control group received routine nursing,and patients in observation group received whole course high-quality nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the scores of nursing management quality,health knowledge mastery,compliance behavior and self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),the anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the symptom disappearance time was shorter than that of the control group,and the complication rate was 5.0％lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Timely implementation of whole course high-quality nursing intervention for patients with chronic endometritis can effectively improve the quality of nursing services,enhance patients'disease awareness and cooperation,improve patients'negative emotions,reduce complications,and improve patients'quality of life,which has clinical promotion value.
