Effect analysis of risk assessment and early warning nursing in operating room nursing of patients undergoing total hysterectomy under laparoscope
Objective To study the effect of risk assessment and early warning nursing in the operating room nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Methods 60 patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random drawing method, with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and patients in the observation group were given risk assessment and early warning nursing based on the control group. The stress indexes and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)between 2 groups(P>0.05).The levels of DBP and SBP in observation group after nursing were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of 3.3%in the observation group was lower than that of 20.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk assessment and early warning nursing in the operating room nursing of patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy can achieve ideal nursing effect, significantly improve the stress index of patients, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, which has clinical application value.
