Application value of evidence-based nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal
Objective To explore the value of evidence-based nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal. Methods 40 patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods, with 20 cases in each group.Patients in control group took routine nursing, and patients in observation group took evidence-based nursing.Postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time, time of getting out of bed, length of stay, postoperative complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time, the time of getting out of bed and the average length of stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group and the control group was 0 and 20.00%,respectively,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The life quality score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing for patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal can promote rapid recovery of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life, and has clinical popularization value.
