Evaluation of dietary nursing effects on pregnant women with gestational hypertension
Objective To exploring the effect of dietary care on pregnant women with gestational hypertension. Methods 100 pregnant women with gestational hypertension were selected and randomly divided into two groups using computer randomization, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received dietary care in combination with the control group.Compare the nursing effects between two groups. Results The average systolic and diastolic blood pressure after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of macrosomia and congenital defects in newborns in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the natural delivery rate in the observation group was 88.0%higher than that in the control group, which was 68.0%(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in premature birth rates between the two groups(P>0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of dietary care in pregnant women with gestational hypertension is more significant, which can effectively control blood pressure levels, improve pregnancy outcomes, and enhance quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
