Effects of personalized comprehensive nursing on maternal complications, neonatal outcomes and satisfaction with premature rupture of membranes
Objective To explore the effects of personalized comprehensive nursing on maternal complications, neonatal outcomes and satisfaction of premature rupture of membranes. Methods 60 women with premature rupture of membranes were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases each according to random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received individualized comprehensive nursing based on the control group. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in observation group was lower than that in control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%higher than that of the control group 70.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of personalized comprehensive nursing care for pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes is conducive to reducing the risk of maternal complications, improving neonatal outcomes, and increasing nursing satisfaction, which has clinical popularization value.
