Study on clinical nursing effect of high-quality nursing intervention in postpartum hemorrhage nursing in ICU
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention in the nursing of postpartum hemorrhage in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods 70 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in ICU were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction, the occurrence of complications and the amount of blood loss 2 h and 24 h after delivery were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction of maternal nursing in the observation group was 94.29%,and 77.14%in the control group. The satisfaction of maternal nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the incidence of maternal complications in the observation group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the blood loss at 2 h and 24 h postpartum in the observation group was less, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing intervention for postpartum hemorrhage in ICU cesarean section can improve the nursing effect, reduce the occurrence of postpartum complications, promote postpartum recovery, and have clinical promotion value.
