Analysis of the effect of humanized psychological nursing in the delivery process of parturient parturients
Objective To explore the effect of humanized psychological nursing in the process of delivery of parturients. Methods 381 parturients were selected and divided into control group(190)and observation group(191)according to random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given humanized psychological nursing. The duration of labor, the amount of blood loss 2 h after delivery, the degree of pain and the recovery time of gastrointestinal function were compared between the two groups. Results The first, second and third stages of labor in the observation group were(699.96±52.62)min,(82.63±18.58)min and(24.86±9.66)min respectively. The first, second and third stages of labor in the control group were(735.68±48.82)min,(132.62±21.51)min and(35.98±11.63)min,respectively.The first, second and third stages of labor in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum blood loss(187.75±67.82)ml in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(278.76±90.61)ml,and the pain score(7.11±0.22)points was lower than that in the control group(9.19±0.26)points.The recovery time of gastrointestinal function(16.38±1.86)d was shorter than that of control group(22.66±2.45)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of humanized psychological nursing in the process of delivery is remarkable, worthy of clinical promotion and use.
