To explore the effects of holistic nursing combined with mindfulness-based decompression intervention on emotions and quality of life in perioperative patients with cervical cancer
Objective To study the value of perioperative holistic nursing combined with mindfulness-based decompression intervention in patients with cervical cancer.Methods 50 patients with cervical cancer were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.Patients in control group received routine nursing,and patients in observation group received holistic nursing combined with mindfulness-based decompression intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the scores of quality of life and sleep quality in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The compliance of rehabilitation exercise and medication on time in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing combined with mindfulness-based decompression intervention can improve the prognosis of perioperative patients with cervical cancer,relieve the patients'bad mood,improve the quality of life and sleep quality,and is worthy of clinical application.
