The application effect of standardized health education in high-risk patients with gynecological deep vein thrombosis
Objective To explore the application effect of standardized health education in high-risk patients with deep vein thrombosis in gynecology.Method 136 high-risk patients with deep vein thrombosis were selected as the study objects, and were divided into two groups according to the admission time, with 68 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education mode intervention, and the observation group received standardized health education intervention. The awareness rate of deep vein thrombosis health education, the implementation rate of ankle pump exercise, the incidence of deep vein thrombosis and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the observation group had a higher awareness rate of health education, ankle pump exercise execution rate, and nursing satisfaction than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing standardized health education for high-risk patients with deep vein thrombosis in gynecology can improve their awareness of health education, execution rate of ankle pump exercise, and nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis, and is worth promoting in clinical nursing.
