Observation on the effectiveness of PAC service model in postoperative artificial abortion
Objective To explore the intervention methods and effects of providing post abortion care(PAC)services to patients after artificial abortion surgery.Methods 400 patients who underwent induced abortion in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Divide into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 200 cases in each group.The control group provided routine induced abortion services,while the study group provided PAC service mode.Compare the psychological and emotional state,cognitive scores of reproductive health knowledge,implementation of contraceptive measures,and incidence of repeated miscarriages between two groups of patients.Results After intervention,the hamilton depression scale and hamilton anxiety scale scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the awareness of reproductive health knowledge and the implementation rate of contraceptive measures in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the repeated abortion rate in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The PAC service model can effectively improve the psychological state of unmarried women after induced abortion surgery,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
