The effect of individualized nutrition intervention combined with exercise therapy on patients with gestational diabetes and its influence on pregnancy outcome
Objective To explore the effect of individualized nutritional intervention and exercise therapy on patients with gestational diabetes(GDM).Method 50 patients who were hospitalized and delivered due to GDM in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Divide into two groups in the order of admission, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine obstetric treatment, while the observation group received individualized nutritional intervention combined with exercise therapy on the basis of the control group.Compare the treatment effects and pregnancy outcomes between two groups. Results After the intervention, the levels of FPG,2 h PG,and HbAlc in both groups of patients were lower than before the intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and neonatal adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nutritional intervention combined with exercise therapy can significantly improve blood glucose levels in patients with GDM,reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
