Analysis of the effects of epidural puncture technique and lumbar epidural combined technique for labor analgesia
Objective To explore the effects of epidural puncture(DPE)and lumbar spinal combined(CSE)techniques on labor analgesia. Methods 72 parturients who gave birth in our hospital were selected and divided into DPE group(36 cases)and CSE group(36 cases)based on different analgesic methods.Compare perioperative indicators and intraoperative VAS scores between two groups of parturients. Results The analgesic effect time of CSE group was faster than that of DPE group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of PCEA compressions,Apgar score, number of satisfied cases, and VAS score between the Tiand T5 stages between the two groups of parturients(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the DPE group was lower than that in the CSE group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both DPE and CSE anesthesia methods can effectively provide analgesic effects in postpartum delivery. In contrast, although DPE has a slower onset of labor analgesia than CSE,it has fewer complications and higher maternal comfort.
