Clinical efficacy of hysteroscopy combined with natural progesterone therapy in patients with endometrial polyps
Objective To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopy combined with natural progesterone therapy in patients with endometrial polyps.Method 60 patients with endometrial polyps in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group using a random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The research group received natural progesterone treatment after hysteroscopic polypectomy, while the control group only underwent hysteroscopic polypectomy.Compare the hemoglobin(Hb)levels, endometrial thickness, and 1-year recurrence rate between two groups before and after treatment.Result After treatment, the Hb levels and endometrial thickness of both groups improved compared to before treatment, and the study group was better than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);The recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group within one year after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with natural progesterone therapy has a good clinical effect in patients with endometrial polyps, which can effectively increase Hb levels, reduce endometrial thickness, and lower recurrence rates. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
