Analysis of the impact of emergency rapid response team combined with seamless intervention on adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes
Objective To explore the impact of emergency rapid response team combined with seamless intervention on adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes. Methods 60 pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The control group received routine intervention, while the observation group received emergency rapid response team combined with seamless intervention.Compare the adverse pregnancy outcomes and the situation of pregnant women after intervention between two groups. Results The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the number of cases of umbilical cord prolapse in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The Apgar score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of an emergency rapid response team combined with seamless intervention can effectively improve the adverse pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes, ensure the safety of both the mother and the newborn, and minimize the occurrence of umbilical cord prolapse in pregnant women, newborns are also healthier, making it a high-quality intervention method that is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
